Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for the Hero Care Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support through data analyses and conduct business operations analyses to improve efficiency and staff utilization
• Develop concepts for projects including analysis, reporting, budgeting, and scheduling
• Conduct complex analyses and develop metrics to monitor performance of initiatives and business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards
• Basic proficiency in personal computer applications, including word-processing and spreadsheet software
• Experience with BPI and staffing analysis is a plus
