Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to improve decision-making through data analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data and requirements from multiple departments to centralize reporting
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
• Build dashboards and reports to support leadership in decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills or ability to work with databases
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience working across multiple departments
