Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with an IT Service Management or operational background.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems, defining scope and documenting project needs
• Manage project documentation and support Project Manager through planning and execution phases
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners and internal/external teams

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis
• Experience across project lifecycle and understanding of project management methodologies
• Knowledge of business process modeling and process mapping
• Strong business requirements documentation skills
