Job Summary

A company is looking for a McLeod Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support the McLeod Software platform, including configuration and system settings
Manage order lifecycle processes and troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with McLeod support as needed
Develop reporting and dashboards, and create training materials for users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Hands-on experience with McLeod (LoadMaster) and PowerBroker
Experience in supporting core transportation workflows and troubleshooting system issues
Strong understanding of transportation operations and EDI/API integrations
