Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for business and operational improvement
• Develop and maintain core business metrics, performance dashboards, and recurring reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into impactful strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Experience manipulating and summarizing data using SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Ability to understand and act on complex, open-ended problems
