Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business areas and the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements
Assist with the configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement
Review and triage Oracle Cloud tickets to assist users with system functionality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
One (1) year of relevant technical or business work experience required
Experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud Procurement preferred
Procurement experience preferred
Ability to learn and document business processes
