Key Responsibilities

• Support the discovery process by documenting client workflows and existing IT infrastructure
• Assist in solutions design, testing, and user training for new features
• Provide ongoing support post-launch, resolving user issues and managing the product backlog

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, financial analyst, or computer science role
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management processes and tools
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and a sense of urgency
