Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain centralized repositories for key documents and governance artifacts
• Support CIO-level coordination, including meeting management and action tracking across teams
• Assist in developing executive presentations and dashboards to enhance communication and transparency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Strong SQL experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
