Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to develop business and functional requirements for software and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for software and process changes
• Conduct user interviews and document current and future scenarios, including processes and requirements
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure proper translation of requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; or 3+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience using the Agile methodology
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Basic understanding of SQL
