Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I to support the Clinical Chart Validation Appeals team in identifying enhancements and implementing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to understand operations and identify areas for improvement
Conduct analysis for addressing business problems and implement process improvements
Develop dashboards and reporting requirements while ensuring product meets customer needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
5 years' experience with Business Process development
Intermediate skills with MS Excel and Power BI
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
