Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for an 18-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales support team by following up with customers to obtain EPA-required documentation for engine core returns
• Perform data cleanup to improve reporting accuracy and KPI measurements by identifying and correcting erroneous data
• Facilitate data entry support for SAP implementation and assist with tariff invoicing and tracking as needed

Required Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
• Experience using Zoom, particularly within Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Training in sales processes and compliance regulations will be provided
• A college degree is not required for this position
