Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support Agile software delivery within an internal service center.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment across teams
• Act as the Product Owner for the Scrum team, providing direction and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and SDLC practices
• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Owner proxy
• Proven ability to manage backlogs and write effective user stories
• Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
