Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business II Analyst to conduct business process analyses and support operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate activities, performance, and systems for workflow simplification and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate testing and debugging of software, creating test plans and monitoring implementations for quality assurance
• Research system problems, formulate solutions, and assist in business reviews to improve productivity and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience
• 2 years of job-related business systems analysis, research, or customer support experience
• Working knowledge of business support and systems concepts
• Familiarity with user acceptance test plans and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
