Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support various project teams within the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply analytical processes on complex IT projects to ensure successful delivery
• Solicit and document detailed business and technical requirements for project scope and complexity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the last seven (7) years
• At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last seven (7) years
• Proven experience in soliciting and documenting business and technical requirements for projects of similar scope and complexity within the last seven (7) years
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
