Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and lead efforts to streamline or automate processes
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for meaningful KPI tracking
• Clean, structure, and validate raw data from ERP systems for analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst, FP&A, or data-focused role
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
• Experience with ERP systems and handling unstructured data
• Strong Excel skills, including optimization or automation of workbooks
• SQL ability to query databases preferred
