Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analysts are responsible for collaborating with the product management team, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and execution of the product roadmap in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake product requests and manage issue prioritization and resolution
• Collaborate to build business requirements and specifications for product enhancements
• Assist with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role or related work experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with agile framework; Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
• Experience with GitHub or similar source code repositories
