Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, a full-time position focused on supporting the Insurance Discovery line of business by driving innovation, process improvement, and data analysis to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver comprehensive data analysis reports to support decision-making and optimize revenue performance
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, translating client requirements into actionable specifications
• Create and maintain internal documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Preferred healthcare revenue cycle experience, including hospital and/or professional billing
• 2+ years of SQL development experience; familiarity with Spark SQL/Databricks is preferred
• 2+ years in a technical support or client-facing technical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
