Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to support client technology goals, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and execute basic test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis software
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in business process re-engineering
• Ability to motivate teams and communicate technical ideas effectively
