Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to support client technology needs in a fully remote, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are met in system design

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable tasks
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other quantitative analysis software
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
• Ability to influence and motivate team members effectively
