Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for developing and implementing business process improvements, evaluating changes, and providing training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Act as a subject matter expert to document business needs and requirements
• Provide post-implementation support and training on new procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
• 2+ years of business process analytics skills, including Excel and flowcharting
• Understanding of IT systems and their impacts on business processes
