Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, this is a remote contract position focused on providing Business Analyst expertise and acting as a Product Owner to drive key initiatives while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring operational needs are prioritized
• Monitor project development, update RAID logs, and communicate progress to project managers and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in journey mapping and understanding operational processes
• Proven ability to collaborate across multi-domain teams in an Agile environment
• Experience translating complex business needs into product requirements
• Formal Agile training and hands-on knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other Microsoft Office products
