Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, responsible for supporting data mapping, requirements clarification, and coordination across business teams and vendors in a remote, temporary role.

Key Responsibilities

• Map fields and data elements across systems and validate definitions and transformations
• Partner with business SMEs to gather requirements and resolve questions
• Coordinate with vendors to track issues and ensure timely follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in P&C, Life, or Health Insurance
• Strong experience with data mapping, integrations, and system migrations
• Ability to drive open items to closure across business and vendor teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Excel, Jira, and Confluence
