Business Analyst

Job Summary

Business Analyst, responsible for supporting the Clinical Chart Validation Appeals team by identifying enhancements and implementing medium-to-large-scale projects, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to analyze operations and identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate process improvement sessions and define project requirements in collaboration with management
• Develop reporting requirements and dashboards while ensuring product meets customer needs through testing and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years' experience with Business Process development
• Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred
• Intermediate skills with MS Excel and Power BI
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
