Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the remote Business Analyst will analyze staff allocation and performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize resource management in a school-based business.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data related to staff allocation, workload, and operational processes
• Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall productivity
• Interface with the FP&A team for financial reporting and assist in budget preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of accounting principles and ability to analyze financial data
• Strong Excel skills and data analytic capabilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
