Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Solutions Delivery product team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage the sprint backlog, document requirements, and ensure engineering and design teams have the necessary resources to develop a leading convenience retail mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Delivery Lead to prepare and maintain the sprint backlog, ensuring all tickets are well-defined and include acceptance criteria
• Own the finalization and maintenance of requirements documentation, collaborating with UX/design to align design specs with requirements
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope and delivery, participating in standups, sprint demos, and UAT sessions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role on a software product team
• Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation
• Familiarity with agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation
• Experience working on mobile applications (iOS/Android) is a strong plus
