Business Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with Product Management and stakeholders, the full-time Business Analyst will elicit and document business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support data-informed decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business needs and product requirements
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners to refine user stories and support product delivery
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and measure success outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or product analyst role
• Knowledge of business analysis practices and agile delivery models
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on digital products
• Familiarity with outcome-based measurement and value assessment
