Business Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering closely with Operations, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze workflows, document requirements, and support product development to enhance operational capabilities and improve decision-making through data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Produce clear requirements documentation and translate business needs into actionable recommendations
• Lead discovery efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights and requirements are effectively implemented

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Proven ability to document requirements and perform current-state workflow mapping
• Familiarity with SQL for ad-hoc analysis and experience with BI tools preferred
• Experience in healthcare operations or clinical workflow environments is strongly preferred
