Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with business units, the full-time remote Business Analyst will elicit, organize, and document business requirements to ensure project teams develop effective solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing defects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and negotiate customer requirements for project deliverables
• Manage relationships with customers and project teams, ensuring alignment on project scope and expectations
• Coordinate changes to functional specifications during development and support training efforts for end users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or system design for AI-driven analytics or healthcare data solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering techniques
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools and Agile knowledge management tools
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and experience with healthcare data sources
