Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional team meetups, the Middle/Senior Business Analyst will support a high-load AdTech project by collaborating with international publishers and advertisers to streamline workflows and enhance a global self-serve advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements for the advertising platform
• Analyze and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability of the platform
• Participate in the architectural transformation towards a standardized, API-driven ecosystem of microservices

Required qualifications

• Expertise in Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficient in BPMN and API Management
• Strong understanding of the AdTech domain
• Experience working in high-load environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams
