Business Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between users, product teams, and engineers, the remote Business Analyst will triage requests, resolve issues, and create training materials to enhance federal program operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the connector between product teams, engineers, and end users, managing requests and keeping stakeholders informed
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and a self-service knowledge base on SharePoint and GitHub
• Escalate technical issues and support configuration and setup tasks as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working between technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with SharePoint and GitHub
• Some exposure to SQL, Python, or R is a plus
• Experience with Human-Centered Design principles is a plus
