Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Analyst, the ideal candidate will lead business analysis activities for enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring clear requirements are defined and effectively communicated to technical teams while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business and technical requirements across enterprise systems
• Act as a key contributor to the Agile delivery process, supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Evaluate current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies and develop future-state process designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise systems or technology implementations
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of system integrations, enterprise applications, and data flows
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio
