Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Business Analyst will translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, support backlog grooming, and facilitate iteration planning in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to elicit and document business and functional requirements
• Refine and prioritize backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and support Program Increment planning
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business goals and solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust (Tier 1) Security Clearance
• Prior experience in government or healthcare environments, such as Medicare or Medicaid
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and SAFe
