Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a key government program for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation while analyzing data to drive improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend technology solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or a relevant field (or 8 years of additional relevant experience)
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
