Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will serve as a key contact on product development teams, manage backlog prioritization, and support integration and testing processes in the healthcare software domain.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for clients on product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones
• Author user stories and manage requirements documentation while adapting to agile development methodologies
• Support project planning and implementation by conducting gap analysis and delivering presentations on product improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle and three years in a healthcare software domain
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or three years of equivalent experience; a Master's Degree is preferred
• Proficiency in requirements planning and management, including gap analysis and documentation
• Business Analyst CBAP or equivalent certification is required
• Working knowledge of Agile software development practices
