Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a government contract, the full-time remote Business Analyst will lead stakeholder engagement, develop business requirements documentation, and ensure end-to-end requirements traceability for legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation for legacy systems
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process documentation
• Enhance quality assurance practices and improve change and release management processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience with financial analysis in the government sector
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Highly responsive to customer needs
