Business Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of legal software products, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage renewals, prepare competitive pricing proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full renewal lifecycle for legal software products and prepare accurate pricing proposals
• Proactively oversee customer notifications regarding upcoming renewals and identify renewal risks
• Serve as the subject matter expert on legal software contracts, facilitating renewal negotiations and developing solutions for complex situations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in renewals, sales operations, contract management, or business analysis, preferably in a SaaS or legal technology environment
• Familiarity with legal software platforms or enterprise software contracts
• Experience with CRM tools and contract management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills to build and interpret pricing models and renewal data
