Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements, translate needs into user stories, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria to support scalable solution development
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend optimizations for workflows and user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Ability to create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
