Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a complex enterprise systems initiative, the contract Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, develop process maps and workflows, and facilitate communication between stakeholders while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and business rules to support enterprise system integration and implementation projects
• Analyze data flows, identify transformation requirements, and document data mapping, cleansing, and validation rules

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting large-scale enterprise software implementation or transformation projects
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business rules documentation
• Knowledge of workers' compensation operations or related business domains
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data mapping, and data quality management concepts
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions
