Business Analyst

Job Summary

Translating business needs into actionable solutions, the full-time Associate Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate UAT planning, test case design, and track benefits realization post-implementation

Required qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of overall experience, with 10+ years specifically in a Business Analyst role
• Proven track record of delivering projects from discovery through deployment and adoption
• Experience in mapping current-state vs. future-state processes
• Ability to create clear documentation including BRD/FRD and process documents
• Familiarity with compliance regarding security, privacy, and regulatory standards
