Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support clients in improving health and human services outcomes, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze, plan, design, and document business processes while serving as a bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to enhance clients' technological capabilities
• Act as a liaison among clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software for quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process re-engineering
• Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to diverse audiences
