Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather, analyze, document, and verify business requirements, ensuring effective communication between business areas and technical teams while managing user acceptance testing and project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs and requirements, collaborating on project plans and documentation
• Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring adherence to requirements and coordinating issue resolution
• Monitor project status and manage new work requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
• General knowledge of the FACETS system is preferred
