Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support application development projects, the full-time Business Analyst will gather requirements, design business processes, and collaborate with IT teams while working remotely or from the Akron, OH office.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and project management for small to medium application development projects
• Produce and maintain project deliverables, including user stories and technical specifications
• Manage system support to identify and resolve issues with users and technical resources

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of AWS and experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Advanced knowledge of business process workflows
