Job Summary

To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will lead client discovery workshops, translate business needs into requirements, and manage analytical reporting to drive outcomes at the intersection of AI and insurance.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the client delivery team on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification
  • Design and optimize AI-driven workflows while identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure solution quality through test strategy ownership and leadership in user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
  • Proven Business Analysis experience, particularly in the insurance sector
  • Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a clear understanding of LLM behavior
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
