Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support high-impact projects, the full-time remote Business Analyst will capture customer needs, translate them into actionable documentation, and facilitate testing to ensure successful adoption while minimizing dependencies on Solution Architects.

Key responsibilities

• Independently run structured discovery sessions to uncover key business needs and produce comprehensive requirement specifications
• Create clear process flows and well-structured User Stories, ensuring alignment with Salesforce project delivery standards
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scenarios, supporting customers, and documenting outcomes for multiple projects

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping, particularly within Salesforce environments
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation practices
• Experience in developing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Ability to independently manage project requirements and drive closure on identified gaps
