Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Experienced Business Analyst will work remotely to coordinate IT project activities, bridge communication between clients and technical staff, and develop business specifications to enhance healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties of a business analyst team and mentor newer members
• Define, document, and share business requirements between clients and project teams
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes in alignment with technology goals

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst role, with a preference for Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Advanced knowledge of analytical software, particularly Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Familiarity with computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to translate needs into actionable objectives
