Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Analyst will analyze and improve business processes, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and ensure client requirements are met throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes to support clients' technological goals
• Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software for quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
• Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to business leaders and clients
