Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Air Force lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather requirements, collaborate with the Oracle Development team, and write user stories while engaging with clients to facilitate decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements related to Air Force lifecycles
• Collaborate with the product owner and serve as a liaison between development and test teams
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria while negotiating with clients

Required qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years of analyst experience
• BS Degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
• Experience with Oracle HR Systems and ability to run Oracle SQL
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies
• Experience working with Air Force government clients
