Business Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on reporting and process improvement, the full-time Business Analyst will manage and optimize internal and external reports, transition manual processes to PowerBI, and develop requirements for software enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Overhaul and streamline carrier bordereaux reports while tracking relevant KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and maintain documentation for recurring reports
• Conduct analysis of business processes to identify optimization opportunities and assist in testing new systems or enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One (1) or more years in business analysis or a related field
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL server is desired
