Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the elicitation and documentation of requirements for software implementation projects, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage requirements throughout the project delivery lifecycle and provide support for pre-sales engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements while facilitating discussions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to ensure requirements are met during design and testing phases
• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the project team, providing clarity and support for requirements throughout the project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a business-related field
• 3+ years of experience with software implementation delivery teams
• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry
• Previous system replacement and/or integration experience required
• Strong ownership and attention to detail
