Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Business Analyst will manage requirements for the MES Project Team, translating between manufacturing operations and technical development to ensure clear scope definitions and prevent project delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to identify user needs and process gaps
• Author detailed requirements documentation and manage changes to prevent scope creep and rework
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project goals

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with MES projects and requirements management
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in facilitating and leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
• Ability to author clear and traceable requirements documentation
